All tours leave from 'Monkey Barrel Comedy Club' in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town and cost £16pp

We're not going to let some pesky virus get in the way of us having a great time in Edinburgh, but  The Mountebank Tour is taking steps to ensure it is covid-safe and in line with guidance set out by the Scottish Government. As a result you should expect the following on your tour

• a maximum of 15 people on any given tour from no more than 5 households in line with the current Scottish government guidelines
• Your guide will be wearing PPE (a visor)
• Physical distancing will be adhered to (2m)
• The wearing of face masks is not mandatory but customers are welcome to wear them if they so wish
• ​There are no physical items to touch on the tour including doors ​or handrails

Guests are entitled to a full refund under the following circumstances.

• Booking is cancelled, and notice given of cancellation, within three hours of the tour departure time.
• For private tours 24-hour notice before time and date of departure is required for full refund
• Tour is unable to go ahead due to inclement weather, emergency, or ill health of guide
• If a guest is unwell/unable to complete tour any refund is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the owner
• Guests who arrive after the tour start time are not entitled to any refund and the guide is not expected to meet them at any point throughout the tour.
• Guests can re-arrange dates and use original booking on separate dates only at the discretion of the owner

*this policy only applies for tours booked directly through Mountebank Tours, bookings made through separate online travel agencies will have differing cancellation policies, customers should contact the booking platform for cancellation policy.
